Parts or Labor for replacement, repairs or adjustments on: Furnaces, ducts or registers Boilers, boiler parts, heating pipes or radiators Outside tanks or outside oil lines Water heaters or attachments Tanks which must be built inside Obsolete burners or obsolete parts Complete replacement of the burner Parts made inoperative by fires, lightening, floods, hurricanes, or other acts of God Parts made inoperative by owners neglect of his responsibility such as:      failing to fill boiler      flooding boiler      leaving switches off      neglecting to turn up thermostat      removing or loosening fuses
